Tony Moore

Co-Chairman & Co-CEO, Moore, Clayton & Co.

Tony Moore has served as the Co-Chairman of the Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Moore, Clayton & Co., Inc since the company's founding in July 1999.

Prior to establishing MCC with Ms. Sharon Clayton, he was President and CEO of Los Angeles based New Energy Technologies, a subsidiary of New Energy Inc., the largest deregulated energy services provider in the U.S. Tony previously served as Chairman of Corporate Finance at Barclays de Zoete Wedd ("BZW") in London, where he also held the position of CEO of Global Investment Banking Services; prior to that, he was a member of the Board of Bankers Trust International.

From 1982 to 1991, Tony held various senior positions with Goldman Sachs: Head of Investment Banking in Tokyo, Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Asia in Hong Kong and Executive Director responsible for large corporate clients in London. Tony has lived and worked in London, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York.

Throughout his career he has built an extensive network of senior level contacts with governments, financial institutions and companies around the world. His experience covers private banking, asset management, stockbroking and international investment banking. In 1992, Tony founded "The Listeners", a London-based club providing a regular forum for new Chief Executives to meet and discuss issues of mutual interest. Tony is a Director of Conexys, ZAQ Group Inc., Vodexa and Trafalgar Group.
