JOHN DANNER
Mr. Danner is an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur across a number of industries and organizational settings. He has advised senior executives of multi-billion-dollar international enterprises on issues of strategy, value management and business growth; as well as management teams of emerging ventures on matters of competitive positioning, marketing and product strategy. His clients over the years have ranged from leading companies in the healthcare, energy, entertainment, food products, telecommunications and information sectors to startups in newer markets like energy management, e-commerce and supply chain integration; as well as private foundations, universities, government agencies and healthcare nonprofits.
IMIN LEE
Imin Lee is a Director, Engineering in Cisco Security Technology Group with the responsibility of managing Cisco's Protego acquisition CS-MARS product line strategy, engineering and operation.
Mostly recently she was the CEO and Founder of Protego Netoworks, Inc. till the acquisition of the company by Cisco in 2005. While in Protego, in 2 1/2 years, she managed the company from inception, product development, product launch, till the company with a run way of $12M / year prior to the acquisition, and increased the value of the company 10 times.
Imin has over 20 years management and technical experience in networking, security, telecommunications, and enterprise software. Before Protego, Imin was in Cisco leading the Cisco Security Policy Management system team, responsible for product management and development. Before Cisco, Imin held numerous technical and management positions in Bell Labs / AT&T Labs, Amerex Systems, IBM; and she was a faculty member in Guangzhou Vocational University, China. Imin holds a MSCS degree from State University of New York and a BSEE degree from South China University of Technology, China.
In 2005, Imin received 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award from HYSTA. She was also featured in San Francisco Chronicle, interviewed by China Radio Broadcast International, and speaks frequently as guest speakers in many local Silicon Valley organizations for her entrepreneurship experience.
MUNJAL SHAH
When CEO and Co-Founder, Munjal Shah, took a look at his 38,015 and growing digital photo collection, he saw the need for a tool to help him find the photos he wanted. He also believed that there were many others out there who had the same need. With his prior experience as the CEO and Co-Founder of the successful eBay seller auction management service, Andale he knew nothing was impossible and set out to put together a team to make it happen.
Munjal has an MS in Computer Science from Stanford, a BS from UCSD and was nominated one of the top 10 "Up and Comers" in Business week in 2001. He has previously worked for Baan, IBM and Blaxxun, and co-founded Round Zero, a Web 1.0 networking forum for early stage entrepreneurs.
Munjal is also one of those guys that everybody instantly likes. He's not only a nice guy with great ideas and passion, but he can also blog like a pro. Part of this is due to the fact that he has a passion for life and doesn't believe in limitations.

CHARLES C. WU
Prof. Charles Wu is currently a general partner at Aventech Capital Partners, a venture capital firm focused on Asian linked investments in technology, media and clean tech. He also teaches at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. He is a member of the Haas Management of Technology Group.
Charles Wu has over 15 years of experience in international venture capital. He has made over 50 investments over those years, with an overall IRR of 75%, 9 IPOs and 5x cash returns. He was involved in the formation of three venture firms including founder and General Partner of TianDi Growth Capital in Shanghai (2005-2007), founder and Managing Director of Panasonic Venture Capital (1998-2004) and senior member at Vertex Venture Holdings, a Singapore based venture capital firm with $1.0B under management (1991-1998). Prior to Vertex, Charles was an investment banker in CS First Boston’s technology group and an engineer at Raytheon E-Systems. Some of his successful investments include Aurum Software (AURM), Epigram Semiconductor (acquired by Broadcom), Pogo.com (acquired by Electronic Arts), Premier Retail Networks (acquired by Thompson), Raindance (RNDC), Silknet Software (SILK), and Vastera (VAST).
Charles holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business School and B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

GuanTeng(DongGuan) Precision Factory is founded in August 2003 by John Chang, with the registered fund of 5 million RMB and around 500 employees.
